Claremont House

A collaboration with housing developers Ashbourne Developments Ltd and Ian Young plumbing. Working on a blank canvas we were contracted to assist in the design for a high end new-build property in Ascot. With an existing portfolio of premium family homes across the UK our specification from Ashbourne Developments was to meet the property’s current elegant interiors and fittings whilst meeting the specified budget.

Claremont House is a spacious family home and required multiple bathroom spaces within the property. Our team carefully captured the current layout of the property, requirements of potential future occupants and proposed a master bathroom (wet room), guest cloakroom (vanity unit and wall mounted WC) and four other en suites.

The immaculate result incorporated branded european imports, traditional english brassware and slimline shower trays in each of the individually designed bathrooms. Where appropriate, taps and lavatories were wall mounted and unique storage features were built into walls to create functional yet simplistic spaces. The Space also supplied the floor tiles to all the ground floor entrances to ensure consistency and a luxurious look and feel throughout the property.
