We follow six simple steps to ensure your time with us is as easy and stress-free as can be.

5 steps to your dream bathroom...

Step 1

An on-site consultation (capture brief, measure up, take photos.)

Step 2

Provide layout, 3D designs, product specification, initial quote and arrange a visit to view samples.

Step 3

Provide any relevant amends and finalise project plans, agree on costings and start date.

Step 4

Start supply or instalation project with continuous on and off-site visits and management.

Step 5

Project completion and sign off along with a project follow up from your Space Specialist.

DRIVEN BY INNOVATION

We understand that often it can be hard to commit to a design when you have a layout on one side and photos of fittings on the other. With the aim to enhance the customer experience, we have invested in the most advanced virtual reality technology that can capture your imagination allowing you to experience your new space before the project has even started.

Once the designs have been created you will be able to walk interactively around the design via either our virtual reality headset or from your own mobile phone or tablet. You can get a closer look and make live actions like opening doors and drawers, see inside wet rooms and walk around your new bathroom to ensure you feel comfortable with the space.
